Deal Stack runs on your device. There are no accounts and no sign in. NoteHarbor never receives your property, financing, return, or saved deal inputs. The free mobile app shows banner ads through Google AdMob. Deal Stack Pro removes those ads. The web version is fully unlocked and does not load the ad or purchase SDKs.
Information we collect
Nothing by us. The app has no backend and no login. Property values, debt layers, events, rents, expenses, and exit assumptions are used only to compute results on your device. The only third party data flows are the services described below for ads, purchases, app updates, and the app stores themselves.
On-device storage
Your theme, saved deals, Pro test state in development, and current app preferences are stored locally on your device. Saved deals can be removed from inside the app. This local data is not synced to NoteHarbor.
Ads (free mobile app only)
The free version of the mobile app shows banner ads via Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device advertising identifier and standard device or usage data under Google’s privacy policy. On iOS, the app asks for tracking permission before AdMob is initialized. Declining does not disable any calculator feature. Purchasing Deal Stack Pro removes ads. The web version never loads the ad SDK.
Purchases
Deal Stack Pro is a one time non-consumable purchase handled by Apple or Google and managed through RevenueCat. We never receive your card or payment details. RevenueCat receives the anonymous store purchase status needed to unlock or restore Pro. A future Deal Helper monthly subscription will also use RevenueCat and will include Pro while active. It cannot be offered in the app until the separately reviewed helper service is enabled. The web version has no purchase flow.
Deal Analyzer Helper
AI analysis is disabled in this release and no question or deal data is transmitted. Before the helper can be enabled, this policy and the in-app consent screen must describe the live service, data sent, retention period, model provider, deletion path, and support contact.
App updates
To deliver improvements without a full reinstall, the mobile app may contact Expo’s update service at expo.dev to check for and download updates. That request includes app and runtime information, not your deal inputs.

Children
The app is a general-audience calculator. It is not directed at children and collects no information from anyone.
App stores
Google Play and the App Store may collect their own download and crash statistics under their own policies. We do not receive personal data from them.
